The Story

Galena House began where all lasting things begin: with real work, done carefully, over time.

From the daily operations of the Frisco Inn on Galena in Frisco, Colorado, a body of knowledge emerged. Not theory, but practice. Not aspiration, but lived experience running a boutique inn at 9,097 feet in the Colorado Rockies.

What started as internal systems for managing arrivals, coordinating staff, and caring for guests became something larger: a conviction that boutique hospitality deserves better tools, better training, and a more thoughtful operating layer. That conviction became Pocket Innkeeper™ — a hospitality operating system built for the properties that care the most.

The Philosophy

We believe hospitality can be both beautiful and well run. That operational clarity does not come at the cost of warmth. That the best guest experiences are built on systems that feel human, not mechanical.
